Sharp Scissors
I marked the first four essential steps as Rows 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Row 5 is for adding bicones, which is optional.
Thread your needle with about 2 feet of beading thread.
String 15 seed beads and make a knot leaving about 8 inches of thread tail.
Pick up two seed beads and 1 DiamonDuo bead.
Skip the next two seed beads in the first round row, and stitch through the third one.
Repeat four more times.
String four seed beads and stitch through the second hole of the DiamonDuo.
String two seed beads and stitch through the last seed bead near the nest DiamonDuo bead.
String three seed beads and stitch through all seed beads following the previous row thread path.
If you want to add 4 mm bicones, position your needle as shown in the video, string one bicone, skip four seed beads, and stitch through the next six beads.
Repeat four more times.
Thread your needle with the remaining thread in the center of the motif.
String one 4 mm glass pearl, weave in and hide the remaining thread.
Happy beading!
