For the whole year, I focused on the video tutorials. Some of the tutorials were made because I wanted to share my ideas. Others I made because you asked me to.

I discovered that filming a good-quality video tutorial is a very complicated process. I have to plan and organize a lot in order to produce a comprehensive master class you can learn from. Video editing also takes a lot of time.
If you followed any of my video tutorials and have made some progress, I would love to know your opinion.
I received many emails from Svetlana Gallery subscribers thanking me for free tutorials. I also received suggestions to create paid text and pattern tutorials to accompany video tutorials. I want to thank everybody who took some time to contact me regarding my new designs and tutorials! Your feedback is very important, and absolutely indispensable when I make decisions about future projects for this website!
Considering how much time each process takes, I don’t think I will be able to produce both: video and written tutorials. Also, taking into consideration that all the video tutorials I produced this year were free, I am not sure how am I going to support this website in the future. I certainly have to find a balance between my wish to give away my design ideas for free and the ability to support this gallery of ideas online.
